Sankalp Setu app developed jointly by Aceworx and Virtue Analytics supports digitisation of FPOs. Sankalp Setu app also offers FPOs and their members access to context-driven, flexible digital loan products delivered in collaboration with FI partners (Banks & NBFCs) associated with Aceworx. The digitisation of FPO covers digital data captured across modules namely (i) FPO profile, (ii) FPO member profiling, (iii) FPO events, (iv) FPO government relationships and compliances, (v) FPO member services, (vi) FPO member transactions and engagement, (vii) FPO commercial operations and (viii) FPO rating. Out of these eight modules, the module (vii) i.e. FPO commercial operations is a super-module akin to an ERP for an FPO covering business operations across input-supply, production monitoring, procurement, logistics, value addition / processing, marketing, distribution, quality assurance and financial management. The agricultural financing modules will enable FPOs and their members to access suitable loans for aggregation and stocking of responsibly-grown primary produce or value-added agri-food products. Based on digital credit scoring model developed by Virtue using its analytics, AI and ML tools, Sankalp Setu app will help FI partners (Banks & NBFCs) of Aceworx to structure commodity-backed digital loans using which FPOs can undertake aggregation, stocking and third-party value addition of responsibly-grown primary produce with the supply chain management and risk mitigation support of Aceworx. Besides being the buyer of the last resort for the responsibly-grown agri-food produce stocked by FPOs with the help of Sankalp Setu, Aceworx will also generate advance, up-front demand from institutional buyers of primary produce / value-added products to be aggregated and stocked by FPOs (approved for financing through the Sankalp Setu app). In partnership with FPOs, Sankalp Setu app will develop digital loan products for supporting agri-input supply and processing operations by FPOs.
